Matt Berman is a Saxophonist, Vocalist, composer and arranger from New York. Although he is only 24, his multi- faceted career boasts a resume with which any music enthusiast couldn’t help but be impressed. Herbie Hancock, Brandon Flowers, Ben Wendel, Ingrid Michaelson, Bobby Sanabria, and Wynton Marsalis are among the major league musicians who Berman has played with along the way.
Matt is currently working with Brandon Flowers (solo) and has appeared playing tenor saxophone and keyboards on The Desired Effect World Tour 2015. From The Austin City Limits music festival in Texas to The Royal Albert in London, Matt has played countless venues all over the globe. Matt has also appeared performing with Brandon Flowers on BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing.” Matt is currently in the works with his new project, “Monroe.”

Matt attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Performing arts and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music.
